About Shaun: The Hollow Bone
A Space Born from Lived Terrain
I came to this work late—or perhaps, right on time.
For fifteen years, I cultivated a shamanic practice, learning to navigate human landscapes, hold space, and understand how mind and spirit interact. Yet, being late-diagnosed with ADHD at age 55 provided the missing piece of the puzzle. It didn't give me a magic cure, but it offered an acute, unvarnished lens on what it truly means to live with a non-linear mind in a world demanding linear conformity.
For decades, I masked, over-engineered systems, and burned through willpower trying to fix something that was never broken. Realizing my brain simply operated on a different frequency wasn't a defeat—it was the start of reclaiming my baseline autonomy.
The Approach: Holding Space, Not Directing It
I don't approach this work as an expert, a coach, or an authority over your life. I view myself through an older principle: the hollow bone.
A hollow bone doesn't force, project, or try to "fix" the person sitting across from it. It simply acts as a clear, empty channel—a calm external processor where you can lay down your mental noise, hear yourself think, and untangle your own thoughts without judgment, pressure, or unsolicited advice.
Tools & Frameworks
The External Processor: A quiet, structured 60-minute container (The Conversation) to deconstruct cognitive logjams and choose your single next step.
Subconscious Landscape: Hypnosis used as an intentional bypass for executive function fatigue—lowering autonomic noise so your mind can reset naturally.
The Medicine Wheel: The underlying cartography of my deeper work (Shamanic Hypnosis). Drawing from fifteen years of practice, this ancient compass is used to gather the fractured parts of your understanding and restore full alignment to mind, body, and soul.
Ethos & Boundaries
Zero Funnels or Tracking: Operating with absolute digital integrity. No ad tracking pixels, no automated email sequences, no data harvesting.
Absolute Autonomy: You remain the sole authority over your choices, your mind, and your life. Transformation cannot be forced—it unfolds only when you choose to step through the doorway.
